These terms cover using the Going Out NEPA website and buying sponsorships or ads from us. By using the site or sponsoring, you agree to them.

Event listings

Listings are provided as-is. We work hard to get them right, but details can change, so please check with the organizer before you go. We're not responsible for events run by others.

Payments

Sponsorship and ad payments are processed securely by Stripe.

Monthly sponsorships

Monthly sponsorships renew automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel anytime through your billing portal or by emailing us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and we don't give refunds for partial periods.

One-time placements

One-time ads and placements are non-refundable once the ad has run.

Ads and listings we can decline

We can decline or remove any ad or listing at our discretion, for example if it's inaccurate, offensive or illegal.

Your ad content

Sponsors are responsible for the content of their ads, and for having the rights to any logos, images or text they give us.

No guaranteed results

We'll put your business in front of local readers, but we can't guarantee any specific results, clicks or sign-ups.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
