Going Out NEPA is a free local events guide for Northeast PA. We keep things simple and collect as little as we can. Here's what that means in plain English.

What we collect

• Your email address, if you join our free Thursday email. Sign-ups are handled by our email provider, beehiiv.
• What you send us through the event submission form, like event details and your contact info, so we can follow up if we have a question.
• Sponsor billing details, which are handled by our payment processor, Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Basic site analytics, like which pages get visited and roughly how many people stop by. We use Cloudflare and Google Analytics for this, and we don't use it to identify you personally.

How we use it

We use this information to send the Thursday email, list events on the site, bill sponsors, and see what's working so we can make the guide better.

We don't sell your info

We don't sell, rent or trade your personal information. The services we use (beehiiv, Stripe, Cloudflare and Google) only get what they need to do their jobs.

Unsubscribing

You can unsubscribe from the Thursday email anytime using the link at the bottom of any email.

Questions or deletion requests

Changes

If we update this policy, we'll change the date at the top of this page.
